Beall Polishing System...Tips?

Ok I have my Bealll polishing system in and am really excited about using it.

One thing that I am concerned about and that is polishing small parts. I don't want to have them kicked out of my hand.

Anyone make a base to secure small parts on when polishing?

Any tips or tricks in using this system?
