Can anyone identify this workbench?

Saw this bench for sale on CL. Has anyone seen one like this or know if this bench is any good? I can't tell from the photos if this is a cheap rubberwood import or a good solid bench? Thought maybe someone here might be able to identify it. Thanks.

I have seen something similar in Wood Magazine, some fella and his wife make them for fold up benches for people who have them in their houses or garages

I haven't seen that one, but the vises seem to have metal handles. Most of the nice benches I have seen have wooden handles. Not sure if that means much.
