Hi Guys,
Been busy in retrofitting a Radial drill machine and now making use of it.. Currently drilling Tubesheet and baffle plates of exchangers..
Material: SS316
Material thickness: 30mm
Drill Material: HSS
Drill Dia: 8mm and 10mm
Drill Depth: 34mm and 55mm
Spindle Speed: 800RPM
Feed: 1.37 IPM
Peck Drilling Cycle: G73 and G83
Here is the Radial drill conversion:
Go to CNC Zone and search RETROFIT OF RADIAL DRILL MACHINE INTO CNC MILL
