Opinions on Grizzly G0454 planer?

Well I am considering this planer seriuosly. Does anyone have it? How is the fit and finish?

Was it set up correctly from the factory? Is there any snipe? Is it easy to adjust?

How is the build quality ? Does it lokk cheap? Are the metal parts soft screws and bolts? Would you do anything differently?

I will add that the overall construction seems to be sturdy. Lots of cast iron, almost no plastic. Things seem fairly easy to adjust. For more insight on this aspect of the planer, go grizzly.com and pull up the pdf version of the owners manual.
