Hey people,

I was on laser bits earlier today and I was going to order one of their anodized aluminum business card cases. They are $3.50, I thought I couldn't beat the price. So I go ahead and place my order for
http://www.laserbits.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=456 . I then have to pay shipping to Canada, $25.00, than international handling fee, $25.00. So before I know it, my $3.50 business card case is $53.50. So I didn't end up putting the order through haha.

My question is this. Are there any Canadian suppliers or more affordable alternatives to Laser bits to get anodized aluminum business card cases?

Thanks in advance peoples

Matthew

Phone them, and ask if they can 'mail' them to you.. They are probably using UPS. UPS literally 'rapes' you with fees.. Depending on the final weight and size, Postage is much less, and you just get nicked $5.00 for customs fee.. I 'never' buy stock from a U.S. source that insists on shipping UPS..
Richwood in Elora On. has wooden ones..

Hi Matt and Bill,

A couple good places for supplies in Canada in addition to Richwood are
Canadian Engravers Supply http://www.canadianengravers.com/ and
Engravers Express http://www.engraversexpress.com/offices.html

Don't know if they have metal card holders but worth a look.

All the best,

Daniel
