The Cincinnati Rockler Store, in conjunction with the Ohio Valley Woodturners Guild and the Cincinnati WoodWorking Club, is hosting a Freedom Pens Project Turn-A-Thon from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday May 1st, 2004 at Rockler Woodworking and Hardware, 421 E. Kemper Road. They want to provide custom hand-crafted pens to American servicemen and women who are overseas. There will be several lathes set up, and Rockler is donating supplies to make pens.
