Got word from CS rep @ Grizzly that the G0766 shipment has left the factory and is headed our way! My scheduled delivery date has been changed from 5/22 to now 5/15........yeaaaah!
WooHoo! Thanks for the info Roger! I know you're excited. Hey, I'm excited for all who ordered the big boy and can't wait to hear all about it. I'll be ordering the 0733 or the 0766 based on reviews and availability. Can't think of ANY reason why I would not go for the 0766 unless it becomes hard to get. Congrats man.

I chatted with CS this morning regarding delivery to Maine. Linda said that machines are due in Muncy, PA. around 6/25 g
I was on Lumberjocks last night reading a thread from a guy in Ga. His 0766 was said to be on the truck headed for his house. He got that from CS as well. Can only assume that they are being delivered on a first coming, first served basis.
That's all good news. I'm ready for mine as soon as it comes. Red
I was told that my order was the first in line.......I actually put my order in on December 31st, and as of today, my order is supposed to arrive at the Missouri distribution center on this Friday 5/15, and also was told a couple days of inspection would occur before they actually sent the G0766 units to their new owners in the sequence in which the orders came in to Grizzly. Not sure how the Ga. guy gets his first under these circumstances.......
just took a look @ lumber jocks forum.......that was a G0733 unit already in stock @ Grizzly. A fine lathe for sure, but not the newest G0766.
Guess I got you upset Roger. Sorry about that!! I saw he thread topic and read for a while but didnt read all entries. And, this morning, I see his new 0733 had arrived. My sincere apologies to you for causing what must have been a lot of angst. My bad!!
No problem, Charlie.......it was just a bit confusing for a bit, as I had just gotten off the phone with Grizzly CS, and was getting different info! Just glad you mentioned the LJ forum, so I could check it out.
