I have a trotec speedy 100 that will not reset the x-y-z mechanism when the machine is turned on. the top is closed and both side panels are in place. The light blinks indicating tha something is not closed. Anyone have an idea what can cause this. It was fine last week. keith schwarz
Hi Keith I have the same machine, and the same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago and it was a firmware issue. My Tech guy was able to fix it. I've also had issues where the laser head stops in the middle of a job and all the lights start to flash. Trotec thinks it's a lostconnection between the computer and the machine, for what ever reason. They are sending me a shorter USB cable to see if that helps.
