Thanks Roger! I don't own a grizzly yet. But should get my G0766 in the June 22 shipment. Traded my nova Dvr for it. It will be the fifth lathe I have owned. Looking forward to setting it up and trying it out!
Like Roger has stated to me, "I may be avoiding all the little steps in between getting a really big lathe". The G0766 will really be my first dedicated lathe; cannot count the 1955 Greenie Shopsmith as a real lathe. Too bouncy, and daang difficult to use the tool rest, and no tailstock adjustor (just the powerhead quill). I am so looking forward to Middle July delivery.
