[IMG][/IMG] After I insulate and get wiring, this will be the shop for the Grizzly 0766. Ordered it with upgraded 3/4" floor and 2 x 6 joists on 12" center. Trying to decide if I need to put down an extra layer of plywood for the floor or if it will be fine as is.
Nice lathe shed, Micheal. I have my lathe in a 14 x 20'. Utility shed. In out of balance blanks that are large, I can get some real rockin' & rollin'....If you could stiffen the floor it would help give a more solid foudation and help with the harmonics you will experience. Doing it up front before you move all your equipment inside will save you so much time and frustration. Good luck!
what a great view
The view from the front of our house is even better. Not a great picture, just from my phone, but will give an idea.[IMG][/IMG]
WoW! Where are you located. Mike? What a beautiful place! Your place should sure serve up plenty of inspiration!
We live between Kaiispell and Missoula along Flathead Lake. We do not live on the lake, but have 20 acres with a wonderful view of the lake. It is hard to tell, but that is Wild Horse Island in the middle of the picture.
What a great view, I am fearful I would spend most of my time enjoying the view and no work.
Electricity was supposed to be done on Thursday, but now will be some time next week, so I decided I needed a walk way.[IMG][/IMG]
Nice work on the walkway, Mike..........your turning studio will be an exciting man cave!
I sure hope you have a great heater for this coming Fall & Winter. I guess you've thought of that, judging by the piers on the carport columns.
