Invitation to G0799 and G0800 owners to share your experiences and reviews of these two models.
I have the GO800 bought it back in the summer. I am very pleased with it I posted some comments in the "new members introduce yourself thread" when I first joined SMC. You might do a search for that thread. I would recommend anyone buying to purchase the 20" extension if you do bowels or boxes. I have it set on the lower mounting point and it allows me to move the banjo to it slide the headstock to the end of the bed and then I can stand directly in front of the work I am turning less strain on my back. If you are in the market for a lathe that size I would reccomend it. IMOBBFTB
