Yes, an extra speed pot can be added. On the pictorial that I marked up last November, it includes a switch to select which speed pot you want to use. With the spdt switch, you select which pot you want to control the speed with.

I've built the remote for both the 733 and 766 (same wiring internally except for the circuit breaker on the 766) .Brice has a marked up schematic in here that is a great help, if you are not comfortable on winging it alone. The one i built for the 766 owner said he couldn't believe how much he liked it. The remotes have a speed control and an on/off, Pat
