Does anyone have the Wood Cut Bowl Saver Max 3 and does it work well with our banjo height. I'm thinking about getting this if it works with the G0766. Looking forward to your feedback. Don
Don.....I have the WC Max 3, and it works just fine with my G0766. Mine has a 6" long post, and will fit down into my banjo hole about 1.25 inches, which allows one to tighten the post in the banjo for a stable platform, which also connects into the tailstock quill with a morse taper attachment, so two points of attachment for stability. If you have the option of getting a 7 or 8" post [?] that would mean all the more post down into the banjo.......even more stability.
