  1. Hello Eric, sorry, I didn't get your message until now. I was seriously ill for a time and basically fell off the world. Iam now slowly picking up the pieces.

    My shop is basically a corridor. Banch and tools above on top left corner as you come in. Table saw on castors bottom left. I have to wheel it out to an adjacent carport to use it. Topr right, I have a 1/4 tonne lathe, then a Floor drill press, with a Meddings fret saw on the floor, de-standed. Lastly, bottom right, I have a 6' high bandsaw which can only be used with the door open. My thicknesser lives under the wing of the table saw and has to be perched on my Workmate to use. Photos if you want them, but the place is presently under renovation as I recuperate and need therapy (woodworking).

    I was wondering if you had a layout for your shop - I am limited also in my size, just wondering how you fit it all in??
