    Tony,

Was researching Excalibur guards and noticed a post saying you had one for sale. If you still have it, I'd be interested.

    Thanks.

  3. Brendan, I use a 10hp Phase-o-matic roto converter That converts to 3 phase but you wouldn't need so big. I run a number of 3 phase machines. If you plan on other old tools your options greatly open up once you get three phase either off the street or via converter. The best price on New roto converters like mine that I know of for new is Enco. My advice is do what I do and go to the OWWM website great bunch of guys mucho knowledge. I know only the basics. I would suggest you make the drive instead of ship it. I have driven to Las Vegas twice to pick up tools. Made a friend had a good time and it was an adventure. If you are into vintage tools there are many pitfalls but this saw is what you want to find. Underpriced clean and ready to go. Anyway moving just takes some thinking and man power. It weights 1200lbs. The best thing for both of us is talk to someone who knows these tools. When I get around to it I am going to send flyers up to Gary's School NWS up there. I lived on NW Taylor for several years. I also lived on Clay St in the Portland State Housing before that. Love Portland. Oh, one last thing to find good old Iron close by ( which this is) doesn't always happen. I just bought a Hammond Glider from Viginia a couple days ago. It is more to ship then I paid for it. I figured that all in ahead of time. Frankly, I stay away from the Chineese stuff. Good Luck and Take Care Tony

    Hello Tony,
I came across your Oliver today. I'm up in Portland, trying to set up shop in my garage. I know it's a bit bold in these times. I haven't been in the market specifically for 3 phase machines because my garage is 1 phase so I haven't yet researched the cost of the conversion. So, my point is, I need to calculate these costs, and shipping, to see if I can afford your saw but i am definitely interested. It's a beauty.
