  1. Hi Jack. I did go to Cal Poly & graduated in 1972. My brother is Glenn Bradley, who is very active on this board. We both work as engineers in the computer industry. He works for UC Riverside and I am self employed but have been involved in building up several businesses. I ended up doing lighting just because I knew something about it when projects were started. On the last two business startups, I ended up handling computers, telephones, lighting, clean rooms, & some of the CNC machine tools. Those were American Technical Molding and Futura Medical Technologies. ATM is now Accellent Endoscopy's Upland division and Futura didn't make it. They were both at the west end of 11th street in the old Lockeed missile factory.

I'm clearly not an expert in lighting unless you compare me to some of the people on this board, who are really lost.

Hi Greg, I see you are in Upland, and based on your previous posts you work in the lighting industry. I lived in Upland from 1976 to 1998 and worked for So. Cal. Edison for 35 years, most of it as an engineer specializing in lighting. I also taught lighting design at a couple of community colleges in the area and Illumination Engineering at Cal Poly. I was also active in the IES. Thought since we both worked in the same field and in the same area we might have some mutual friends.
