Dadowiz Issue/Question...

I just got my Dadowiz as a Xmas gift from the wife. As I was setting it up and adjusting it to my clamp guide, I found that the adjustable fence on the Wiz is a bit crooked. The adjustable fence is supposed to slide over and snug up against the guide so that the Wiz can slide up and down the guide. With the adjustable fence slightly crooked, then Wiz rocks on the guide. Since a dado width is crucial to how it's going to fit, any play in the Wiz is going to make a difference in consistency of the dado.
I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue? I sent mine back to Peachtree and I am waiting for their response. They've had it a week, so I hope to hear back from them soon.
