I have been looking for ideas on picture frames and clocks along similar lines to what is shown on blackstonedesign.
Anyone know of nice non-traditional clock/picture frame designs I can use for inspiration?
Guys like that make me want to just give up and sell my tools. Then I tell myself, they are not woodworkers per se - they are artists and just chose wood for the medium instead of oil paint or clay or marble. Fabulous stuff.
VERY true. The line between "art" and "craft" (or "craftsmanship") is very blurry and is often as much based on intent rather than the final product or process.Quote:
