Swann-Morton Scalpel Handle and Blades/ Looking for Supplier

Okay I have decided to get a Swann-Morton scalpel for doing veneer / marquetry work. But the choices are over whelming. From what I can tell the most used handles are the #3 and #4 with the #11 and 25A blades being used the most from what I have read. (Please let me know if these are what you are using the most) What I am wondering is where is the best place to purchase the 1 ea of the handles and blades (100 pack blades) at the best price here in the USA? Or possible in Europe where they are made if it is the cheapest place to buy?
