New USPS Flat Rate for 11" x 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" Boxes

I was guessing that, filled with pen blanks, it would normally cost a lot more to ship than $7.70... Boxes are free too

People, who sell, or buy, pen blanks especially, should look into it.

Just a suggestion to maybe save you some money.
