how do i delete a posting?

Somehow one of my postings got posted twice, I'm sure it was my mistake, how do I delete a post?

If you notice the error quickly you should be able to do it yourself just open the post and select delete at the bottom of the editing window. After 24 hours you can't delete or edit, but a moderator can and will be able to delete or edit your post. Just ask.
