They used to be a light blueish dotted box.

Nothing has changed to the best of my knowledge. I'm using FF 1.5.0.1
No changes that I am aware of.

That's what I suspected. It appears as though something is interferring with the CSS.
A couple days ago I followed a link {on another forum} to some WWing video and I believe that site was the culprit.
Ah well, I'll have it cleaned up before too long...
