New BS Pictures
Well,
Jim Becker, as usual, asked me to post pictures of me new Craftsman 14" band saw. Well, were it is:

I put it on a Jet JMB-UBM Universal Mobile Base (600 lb. max.) so that I could move it around the shop (garage). The base is very well made. Since the saw stand has a door on the side, I placed two 3/4" pieces of plywood in the base before I bolted the saw on it. Here's a better picture of the base:

Yes, there is already some saw dust on the base. I had to try out the new saw. I must say that I am very impressed with both the saw and the Jet mobile base.:D

Congrats Don,
Good lookin' machine and set-up. Good to see some sawdust on it too. You might as well put some thought to questions about the car behind you also. There'll be questions.

Don:
That is the best "themed" PT Cruiser (I am assuming its that) that I have seen. The paint scheme fits the body.

Oh yea, great shot of the BS .... enjoy it!

Hey!!! I know you from the PT world!!! How are the basset hounds doing!! Going to make a wood floor for the PT with that machine?

Thanks for the comments about the car. It is indeed a PT Cruiser that is customized in the style of the late '50s street rods. I remember them from my youth, so when the PT Cruiser came out I had to have one. It's one of my hobbies.;) :D
