This is the one I use from Woodworkers Supply; http://woodworker.com/drawer-pull-dr...?search=drawer Unfortunately it has gone up quite a bit in price, I only paid $75 when I bought mine.

I bought plastic drill templates at Lowe's and Home Depot, if thats the kind your talking about. Lee Valley has one of the better selections of hardware...pulls,slides, etc....
