Dewalt pricing ?

I googled the Dewalt 735 planer as I needed to know the weight of it. I came across a website "Dewaltlii". A new DW 735 planer was offered for ~$100. Parts appeared at similar discounts. All of the logos and images appeared to be ones I had seen on the Dewalt site. I went back and regoogled and found two websites "Dewaltlii" and Dewalt a few entries apart. My eye had skipped the last two letters. Does anyone else find something potentially deceptive here?

They will gladly take your money, even give you a shipped message, and a contact email.....then disappear!!!! Don't go for it!
