Cast iron, adjustable-height crank table bases

We have a project that requires a table base similar to this:

I see this industrial style table base used in a lot of custom table projects, which makes me think there are prefabricated versions floating around somewhere. Does anyone know where to get just the table base hardware, without the top?

I'm hoping to find something prefab, as the budget is a bit tight. If we had the funds for it, we'd design something original, but that's not an option on this particular project.
