I forgot my virtual machine password

I forgot my windows 7 virtual machine password. Have you experienced this. What did you do?

For kicks google "top passwords".

You can find password recovery apps for Windows via a search engine. I expect some are better than others but no real experience. I also don't know how they'd work on a VM. Have you checked into that route?
