Looking for info on Raster Braille Auto Placer

Hello Folks. I am new to this piece of gear. I am on the second one from Accent Signage. The first one would not feed, they sent me a new one after only a week of having it and have told me there was nothing wrong with the first one. I got the second one running and placing braille great for a day. The next time I ran it would not place the beads. I have tested it by trying to manually get it to drop beads and I get 5-9 out of 100 manual attempts. The tool gets a bead that won't feed or appears to jam further up the tune.

Accent Signage doesn't have a lot of documentation on this tool for the multicam machines in general.

I am running a Multicam Series A machine, I have figured out to turn the spindle off and make sure you set surface with the tool before homing it, without Accent's help. My local Multicam guy doesn't have any experience with this tool so I am looking for any advice.

Any help would be awesome.
