Hard to believe this time of year.
Found these blooming by the garage....
I have been seeing some flies around.
Providence Rhode Island (at 0430) and the temperature was 62° F. It's xmas eve and I went to work without a coat. I'll take it as the money for heat will now buy wood for the shop.
It's forecast to be 70 here today in Bedford, NH - time to go golfing!
Moved from Boston to outside of Detroit...all I heard was wait for winter. Of course we had 8 feet of snow in Boston last year...so how hard could it be? I worked in the garage with the doors open all week. Thunder storms last night put the lights out for a while. Took the pup out this morning in a t-shirt. Tough winter for sure? ;)
I was working in the yard yesterday in shorts and a T-shirt and was actually sweating while sweeping up the garage. Almost 80 degrees, like a spring day.

I'm debating whether to mow the lawn next week. I mowed the first weekend in December which was already a week or so later than usual. With all the rain and Temps in the 50s and 60s it has kept growing slowly and is looking a bit shaggy.
Definitely a little to warm for this time of the year.
All we've been getting here is rain the past few days. Not complaining to much, because you don't have to shovel rain. ;)
Warm here too. But don't worry folks mother nature will get her payback.....she always does.
As I sit here in my office in a summer weight polo shirt.
Its 73 degrees here in Virginia this morning and supposed to be 77 by 2 o'clock this afternoon. After two days of rain the sun came out about an hour ago and it looks like its going to be a perfect day.
We woke up to 2 inches of snow yesterday morning. It had melted down to 1" by early afternoon and the streets are melted bare with ice in spots.
One of our grandsons is in the Army and currently deployed to the Middle East. For Christmas we offered to fly his lovely wife and 3 year old daughter out spend it with us. She works so she delayed that until 12/30. We flew the 2 of them into Spokane so I hope things remain calm weather wise as I have to drive there and pick them up.
Spring bulbs are poking through ... and they predicted a colder winter with above average snow and ice for the Midwest. Should I have put off repairing my snowblower until next year? Could have spent that money on more tools !!!
