Personally I would use gasoline and matches, but thats just my opinion. I'm not a big fan of the knotty pine look. Please don't take any offense. ;)
Maybe "Ceiling" instead of "Roof" might clear it up some, unless I am misunderstanding. :D

Also those mounting holes in the splitter are oversize so you can adjust the angle for your saw....
You don't really need any more pressure than your tire requires. Just set your regulator at a little more than your tire needs than inflate it. Just check it with a reliable tire gauge.
Mine took me a couple of months to get completely running too. :o also BTW I am leveraging your Board Buddy mounting design for my tablesaw fence.
Rob,
You loosen the bolts to adjust the motor, then apply the spreaders to put the correct tension on the belt, then tighten the bolts and remove the clamps.
Why not just use Loctite?
One thing I noticed on mine is that if the screw in the side of the insert is not adjust just right, it will put the blade in a bind. I usually don't make the insert so tight in its recess because...
I did the same thing. With perfect belt aligment and really good tension using some of those one handed spreader clamps mine makes no bang or rubbing whatsoever, even with a link belt on. I can...
Naw ... thats just from a Texas Live Oak, and from the looks of it, it must be just a sapling. :D:D:D
I got one of the Swanson T-bevels you talked about from Lowes. It looks decent to me, although there seems to be some straightness variance in the blade (nothing major though).

I got some from Mcmaster-Carr
You can get a new charger from Dewaltservicenet.com.
Do you mean the set screws used for adjusting the eccentric bushings?
BTW ... the tiles are not available in the Sam's club stores, you have to buy them online. See the links here:

Here are the parts lists for both models. The major difference I see is the C33H-12-4R has a satin chrome blade, that is what the C denotes before the part number.

Can't you adjust the angle of the motor to match the angle of the drive pulley. I know that the belt would not be straight up and down but the pulleys would be aligned.
You can also slightly...
