OK after 2 more hrs of playing around I think I got it, whew!

He doesn't want to use acrylic because he says it isn't flexible and breaks with what he uses it for. He says he needs something that will bend a little and not break.

A friend gave me a piece of plastic he wanted cut to size, i took a piece of scrap acrylic I had to test the measurement , which cut perfect 1 pass at 65% pwr 8mmps spd , put in his piece and barley...
