Here is a fun fact about calculating RPM and Pulley diameters. Most times you will know two things about one shaft, and one thing about the other shaft. If you multiply the two things you know on...
This one is used by luthiers with a dremel. I have one and is well made.

Could it be Bridgewood?
I think the non-uniform gullets are intentional. Some bandsaw blades are made with variable spaced teeth to reduce harmonic vibration for a smoother cut.
Most any copy center should be able to enlarge it for you. It's pretty cheap.

I use an attachment for my DeWalt track saw that lets me use a router with the track. Very quick, accurate, and easy.

I recently bought the gasket from ereplacementparts.com.
Wouldn't hurt to get a new seal while you're at it.

ICS or PCS? Are you getting a mobile base?
Yes, it has the magnets to hold the plates in place, and yes they are the same height when switching plates.

I went with Incra because I liked the idea of metal inserts instead of plastic. I have it in the Benchdog cast iron table. Haven't had it very long, but I like it so far.

My thin wrench spread and rounded off the bolt heads so I ground down a small pair of vise grips.
I'm still using the original table top from the 60's with no sacrificial top. Every year or so I fill all the kerfs with Bondo or Wood Filler, and give it a quick sanding.
Your saw is part of the Emerson/Sears saw recall. I would watch for one on Craigslist cheap, take the parts you need, and turn in the motor and yoke for the $100. I see these saws regularly on...
Cold doesn't work. If it did, we wouldn't have powder post beetles here in Michigan. We have the occasional 15 or 20 degrees below here and the beetles thrive. No help to you now, but I dip green...
I found lids in the paint section. They have lids with slits and also lids that just snap on without slits that seal very well. Lids seem to be standard. I know the HD lids will fit drywall...
I toss them. And every time I do, I wish that there was an option to buy just the tool for $5 or $10 less.

I don't normally finish before glue up, but I finish before I attach the back with screws. This way I don't have all the blind corners to deal with.

I have had the G9983 for about 5 years and could not be happier. I use it for almost every project. I joint, plane, and then sand to final thickness, all rail, stile, and face frame pieces. But...
A friend who has made quite a few snowshoes years ago told me he used quartersawn ash, and instead of just ripping strips on the tablesaw, he would make his first rip cut on the bandsaw, following...
I think they are now produced by Anant in India. Same vise but the Record lettering is gone from the front of the vise. Maybe not "same", but as close as you'll get.

My 15" Bridgewood has the lifting rods that Russ shows. The tables are shorter than those pictured, making it an easy lift for two healthy guys. I've had mine for about 20 years with zero defects. ...
It appears to be what is known as a "shrink" defect. It is cause when the outer surfaces of the casting cool and solidify while the inside is still molten. As liquid iron cools it shrinks in size,...
I use an old pressure cooker purchased at a yard sale. Rubber hose is attached to the pressure release spout with a hose clamp, and into a 6"x6"x48" box made from 3/4 exterior plywood. Cooker sits...
