But i use the autofocus for every single thing i laser. I'm Lucky to had my hands laid on a programmable Ultrasonic sensor (distance 20-150mm)...

I have tried powder-coating-pigment.. I works but you have to keep your work aligned all the time, turn off the air-assist, off-focus a bit and experiment with speed and power for the best results....

Normally, when it is cast acryl it is mentioned on the protective sheet. If not, it is almost certainly extruded.. Cast Acrylic sheet is better in many ways: it works better and it is a bit stronger...

thanks... Anyway, it works fine and my machine stays clean, i use the same fluid since februari 2012!. The coolingcapacity is good enough.

Ofcourse the color is not important.. but they both stand in the store. Same price, The blue one is till -26 degr.Celcius and the pink one till -20degrees... I never had a temperature below +10...

Can be that this fluid, i use, is premixed with water.. but there is nothing mentioned on the package that it already contains water, nor that it has to be mixed in a certain ratio with water..

Oh.. Anyway i bought the blue version as this looked nicer with my blue machine (i couldn't find fluoriscent green so fast and pink??? maybe if i was a girl..)

For that pricetag it can be good enough..
But to be honest: it's xxx.. the machine is built as garbage, the software is xxx and even the electronics are unreliable.. but for merely 500$ you may get...

I will show him a few designs with different fonts (like Kensington, which is known as Calgary Script, and BrushMT) and see which he likes most

It's not the shadow that's needed.. I just need the font as the text will be something else but this font appealed to the customer and, sure, i will try to make his text with that font.... if it can...
