Hope you get it figured out. I'm sure it's something simple. +2 on getting some decent bands.
Couple of things:
Vapor barrier/ bubble wrap under floor slab
Insulation/thero break at stem walls
More than R13/R30. A cont sheet insulation really helps. Consider putting 1/2" min on the...
Good Lord, All kinds of varmin will use that under floor space.
That's how I'd approach it. Just T&G the ends of the advantec and glue it together and let it float.
Sorry, I didn't mean to come across as confrontational at all. As I posted above, it would be a good idea to check with his AHJ.
I think I did bring it up in post #3
Running a piece of oversized conduit is common practice AND code compliant. Sealing of the end is also required.

It sure makes things a LOT easier to upgrade your self once you have the sub mounted on the surface.
A 60 or 100A subpanel would be best. I think if I was doing all new I would surface mount the subpanel and conduit.
1. What you are probably using are called 3/8" NM cable connectors (fit in a 1/2" knock-out). Although they have listings that tell you max # and size they are listed for, if allthe cables fit...
What section of the NEC requires that? You might want to read the exception under 312.5 (C)
1. No
2. NO, You can use a nipple or nipple and stub of pipe. The NEC requires it to be "sealed" (I don't get too concerned about that as long as it has a pipe on the nipple)
3. Doesn't need...
I don't understand why you don't think this solution is viable?? Your amp draw would be 63% of your current use by just reballasting and new blubs. If you clean everything while you're at it, it...
I used to use large thumbnail bits almost daily at work, I don't see why you couldn't make it work. Just make a off set jig.
I'm seeing 9@ 112W each 1008watts total. That's running 4 32w t8's in each.

If I was doing a wood floor in a shop, it would be hardwood. You can find some good prices on Utility /cabin grade. Or I've ven seen used that was in layable condition for very cheap.

Have you thought about what 6 10-2 w/g looks like? That one large hole you'll have to drill! Plus, it will cost more than running conductors in pipe. You'll be fine with 3/4" or 1" conduit w/ 6...
^^^^^
That's what I'd do. Except THWN....underground conduit is a wet location.
