Thanks for the advice. I found some veneers that might work. Sanding OSB just doesn't fly with me and my lungs.
I am going to be laser cutting some check pads for a client. I don't think they make OSB that thin to begin with and sanding that stuff won't be fun. Maybe it's some kind of veneer...
Hey guys,
I am trying to look for a supplier that carries these thin 5/32" sheets and was told to sand down some OSB sheets down ? Hard to image this happening. Has anyone seen these sheets out...
Yep, what Steve said.
Wish you best of luck but the reality is other.
yeah, i'll definitely make something to fit my need.
I am a little scared of chipping the formica if I run the router bit straight on top of it. Should I put something on top ?
Thanks so far.

Well the whole thing is pretty clean looking(even the bottom). I dont really have an idea when it comes to producing any piece of acrylic. It seems you guys are pretty handy when it comes to...
The size of the Acrylic is 4"x8".
It slopes from 1-1/4" thick in the back to 3/4" in the front.
I'll probably be sending this out when I find someone.
