I grounded my PVC but don't really think I needed to. It was not that hard to do and fairly cheap.
1) Safety glasses
2) Hearing Protection
3) Dust mask
4) Push blocks
5) No alocohol
6) No joking and playing
7) etc.

No order and no woodworking for a good day. Mine went out a few months ago and loading all of that stuff is a pain in the backside, it's not hard but time consuming.

One other question...exactly how firm are the guide rollers suppose to be on the blade? Do you set this with a feeler guage or eyeball it.:confused:

Tell me what causes the band to wander toward the fence while cutting with the grain? The guide wheels are tight, the band is at the proper tension. The band is the original that came on the machine....
