I grounded my PVC but don't really think I needed to. It was not that hard to do and fairly cheap.

I'm glad you did that...My next project will be the same. I have all my clamps all over the shop upside down, sideways you name it. It looks good and you can never have too many clamps.:D

One other question...exactly how firm are the guide rollers suppose to be on the blade? Do you set this with a feeler guage or eyeball it.:confused:

Tell me what causes the band to wander toward the fence while cutting with the grain? The guide wheels are tight, the band is at the proper tension. The band is the original that came on the machine....
