Patrick, there are several pulley calculators online. Here is one you can try and see what you want to do:https://www.blocklayer.com/pulley-belteng.aspx
I have a friend with this same lathe. It has a 1x12 spindle thread. You will need an adapter if you want to use your face plates. I agree with Leo
You might want to try Harbor Freight. Their 34706 lathe is very close. Here is the manual with parts diagram: https://manuals.harborfreight.com/manuals/34000-34999/34706.pdf
They are still in business. The jointer is not listed but they may have parts. Might try contacting them http://www.chungkungmachinery.com/

It looks like ereplacementparts.com has 5 of the 1442-159 in stock. They say the 1442-160 is no longer available. If you can't locate one, you might think about going with a 3-phase motor and VFD...
Very nice. I really like it.

Is the reset button popped out? did you try and press it? It also looks like that starter is for a 5HP motor. If you look at the current rating on the overload switch it is set for 22Amps where...
You might want to check http://http://www.renovoparts.com/a18716-tbo-spindle-for-delta-power-tools/ I don't know much about the company other than they make some Delta replacement parts.

You can try Cripe Distributing at http://www.cripedistributing.com
They have a couple of blades that might work for you. I am not affiliated with them but i have purchased from them several times....
Mine developed the same problem. It was the switch. There might be a second set of contacts or you can clean the contacts inside the switch. I don't know if there is a replacement switch currently...
Wish I was closer. That wont last the day!:D

You can try here https://www.bairdbrothers.com/Red-Oak-1-12-Dowel-Rod-DR112-P2307.aspx
Steve, If nothing shows up with soapy water, it could be the pressure regulator. The diaphragm could have hardened. That was where mine was leaking from

Mike,
Don't change out the toggle switch if there is nothing wrong with it. Just buy one for a couple of bucks and take the nut off the new switch and replace your damaged one.

Have you tried brushing the area to be soldered with flux. That usually cleans the metal so the solder will stick. There is also the option of replacing the (Klixon 09 T7C BET44DA-2). I found it...
I believe you are thinking of a drill drift or drill drift key.
Larry
Wow. That piece is absolutely gorgeous.

Are these the seals you are talking about? http://www.rubberchucky.com/store/p36/Chucky__PVC_Coupling_Vacuum_Seals.html
Great Job!!
Darl, Most likely it is the switch contacts that become pitted. If I remember correctly, the switch that was in my 705 had a second set of contacts. I swapped the wires and it works fine. I am...
Matt,
I have a VFD on my drill press. I have the start/stop wired to a foot switch. I have braking when I let off the switch. Not sure on your programming or hookup but mine is shown in the...
Jack, I suggest you check out http://lumberjocks.com/reviews/3732
It shows the 4151 is not magnetic and the 4160 is. Magnetic is also briefly mentioned in the 4160 instructions. The Amazon reviews...

What you are describing sounds to me like a dirty or sticking centrifugal switch. This switch will switch the start capacitor in and out of the circuit. You can try to blow the switch out with...
