What was the final cost to your door Dave?
I do mine every time I empty the bag, outside of course-and always check which way the wind is blowing!
The new style CV gates are top notch and work perfectly with SDR35 and ASTM 2729. No clue on the LV gates.
+3 on the 750x DD.
It won't work that way, you will have to have the RPC running before you start any 3PH equipment. Another option is to put a VFD at each tool especially if it's under 3HP.
There is TONS of info...
I used these in my house and several others: http://www.elementalled.com/ Particularly the strip lights. Some pics here https://picasaweb.google.com/113966569709555812037/OverCounterLights

That kid is lucky he still has all his body parts. That easily could have ended VERY badly for him.
That is decided in the CAM program using the X and Y coordinates when you draw, not MACH3. Once you load the G-code-, you place your part and find the edges then reset your DRO's to zero/zero.
McMaster Carr will have them also, "Coiled" as the search term will work better for you I think than "spring".
Where are you ordering from?
+1 there, the inchcalc app is well worth it.
My local Lowe's carry's some 6" fittings, have you checked there?
Very cool Alan, Thanks for sharing...my Griz 1023 will likely get this as well soon.
Here is what I used: http://www.elementalled.com/shop-by-project/kitchen-cabinet.html
The LED strip lights are fantastic! They do require some planning. Here are some pics in my Picasa album:...
I can't tell in the picture, is the machined side of the rail towards the saw?
Here are some pictures of mine that I built a few years ago, works pretty good I think.

Do a Google for "vibration hour meters" like this one: http://www.amazon.com/Hardline-Products-HR-8065-Vibration-Meter/dp/B003RB0IAQ
There are cheap ones on eBay as well.
That's exactly what I do with this cable so I can charge it at the same time. You can also hear the phone ring through the speakers.

Replace the current main panel with a 200 amp one with 42 spaces, then add a 100 amp sub for the shop. You may even be able to use the old main for your sub if it's in good shape, but I would want...
Great advice. Get that panel/service upgraded first, then add a sub-panel for the shop area.
