If I were to use the laser for this, I would do the steps as you had listed except I would cut the circle out last. That way you won't have an orientation issue.

10:1? My Cermark was really thick, I probably ended up close to 50/50 with DNA to get it to spray.

This may be the coolest art/laser work that I have ever seen. You have some serious talent!
I am sure climate control is important, but I have run my ULS below freezing temps with no issues.

While I have never done this, I would try silicone. Works really good on glass, not sure on marble.

I would charge $2-$3 each. If the laser was already running 8 hours a day, I would say 4 or 5 dollars each.

We do mostly custom work and try to get paid before doing the work. One thing I have noticed, the bigger the rush to get the job done fast, the more likely they will pay slow or not at all.
