It looks great. It's pretty neat. Did you band saw the body?
Such a fine build. Excellent choice of woods and design.
If it's obviously a weld problem, call the manufacturer. They should replace the blades. I bought my blades online on sawblade . com , they also custom weld to length blades. Happy with the blades...
Your walnut box looks amazing! Keep it up .
I don't know how you created this but that is just an extraordinary lathe project!
I use TW blades. But try one from sawblade . com. I cut hard wood last week and t'was pretty smooth.

I used to have a 14" band saw with 1/2 motor. It's not close to perfect for cutting thick wood. But for 10 inch
saw,...
I have lennox, haltbar and tw band saw blades.
It looks wonderful. Very neat job!
That's way too cool and creative! Thanks for the video.
This is definitely a marvelous bowl turning project! Such a fine wood, finishing and quality.
I haven't tried cutting PVC on my band saw or any of my cutting tools. But you can read this thread for your reference. http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthread.php?137387-Some-days-I-wonder-about-me
I like grain, finish and design. Great job!
The burl looks great. You did an excellent job. Did you already apply finish on it?
