I do a lot of inlay with mine using Coreldraw. Look up 'Doug Green' on youtube as he has a bunch of videos that helped me immensely.

Absolutely true. I rarely have to slow down from 100% speed when engraving.
449377The Speedy 400 has the pass through and a 12" Z-Axis. I've done everything from the tail rotor from a Cobra helicopter (48" long) to ammo boxes that are as big as my laser bed.
Get as big as you can afford now. I went with the Speedy 400 and get a lot of business from others with smaller machines.
I would like to get one too if possible.
Thanks for the info folks. I'm going to keep the speedy CO2 and look for a stand alone fiber.
