My dilithium crystal powered warp drive phaser table
Has anyone used some sort of plastic or solid surface countertop material?
There are cheaper places to buy end mills online. I purchased 1/2 inch diameter ones 8 inches long for mich less than Amazon. Monster tools comes to mind
I have used end mills in my routers. From my understanding the flutes are a slightly different shape. They work, but you need to go slower and take multiple passes. They don't seem to clear the chips...

You could try pursuing the link above. My understanding is they own Agazzani now. Perhaps they can lead you to parts
I just knew someone was going to ask. I don't remember. I didn't commit it to memory because they mentioned they were no longer going to carry parts for Agazzani. Sorry. I would call Jesse at Eagle...
Could it be that PC will disappear altogether? I agree, with the lines of B&D, Craftsman, and DeWalt, there is no room for PC.
Got this all figured out. The OP should have purchased a CNC router with three conveyor tables. One being routed. One waiting to be routed, and one being off loaded. Then he should have a sheet...
Thank you. I worry about finding parts for my saw if I need them in the future. The last time I needed some parts, Eagle tool didn't have them and told me I probably would not be able to find them. I...
This sounds nuts, but birdseye maple and waterfall bubinga. Perhaps some inlays for bling.
My workbench doubles as an outfeed table for my saw. It is made from aluminum extrusion and has a thick...
I have worked on quite a few pocket doors. Most did not have the trim installed so it could be removed easily (trim screws). Most were fairly new houses that have settled. They don't build houses...

Let's see if I did this right. The link above is what I found about Agazzani
I have an Agazzani B20. Been happy with it and the support I have gotten from Eagle tools. Had a problem when it was new with one of the microswitches. Started to deduct which one it was and got fed...
I pat baby powder on my tools to help keep them in new condition. They are just for looks afterall
[QUOTE=Benny Harris;1385585]This is the big question I have: What material would "breathe?" Does Tyvek breathe?
Cheesecloth
Also, I must be doing it all wrong. My shop never looks that spotless. But then I never wear a suit to work in.
I bought a slider mostly to be able to crosscut wider stuff easier and accurately. Once I got it I learned it would do so much more. I wonder if this guy in the video will be trading his Felder for a...
Thanks, I am new to all this. I have a couple lathe chisels with pretty long handles. When sharpening them the arm of the "V" holder is only inserted about half way into the base when the base is...
Does it hurt to mount the bases for the Oneway Wolverine grinding jig front of the grinding wheels instead of flush as the manual specifies?
I ended up ordering a Oneway 2436 with 3hp motor for $6481.00. A Robust AB standard bed with 3hp motor is $7325.00. That's $844.00 difference. Not including any sales tax or shipping. For about...
The 1640 was quoted to me at $4510.00 with 2hp motor. The Sweet 16 according to the Robust website is $6895.00 with 2hp motor. Prices not including any sales tax or shipping. That's $2385.00...
The Sweet 16 is cheaper here in the states. The 1640 is the same price. I ordered Oneway 2436 and the shipping will be over $500.00 U S dollars
Thanks.
I am replacing my Nova DVR XP. That has been an ok lathe. Runs smooth and quiet. It has done everything I have asked of it. It does have some of the issues others have mentioned though....
Well after looking at a Robust Sweet 16, a Oneway 1640, then a Robust Anerican Beauty, and a Oneway 2436, I ordered the Oneway 2436. Now I just have to wait 8 weeks.
I hate to think the deal breaker is a metric spindle. After talking to Oneway, they wont budge on the spindle due to safety concerns
