Aw, come on guys... I can't be the only one to be suckered in by the Porter Cable Profile sander.:rolleyes: I never thought it could be possible that a sander could leave a surface in worse shape...

I used multiple coats of BLO and a top coat of wax on my MDF router table top. Don't bother sanding... I don't think you will gain anything by doing it. It's plenty slippery... although I doubt it...
