I am the new engraver for a company. We use laserpro spirit/ge/gx model.
I have been having the issue with the laser not creating straight lines. Like the track jumps(image 1)....

They told me if I have the design, and for them to do everything except the design $87 sq.ft. They will ship it out.

it is printed on lamination film using ceramic toner. then dipped in water to take it off the lamination paper film, applied to the ceramic. All the water is then squeegeed off the tile/print then...

I have used a non sublimation method to produce this image230567 in ceramic tile. The image is fused into the ceramic tile using an oven at 1400+ degrees for 5 hours. Although my maximum size is 12"....

I do not want 3d engraving only 2d. I want to engrave and put ink on top of it, to produce colour.

I was hoping to engrave images on granite, marble tile. So I would engrave my image then hoping to dry sub on the tile over the engraving. Is this possible? Are there dry sub machines than can go...

this is how fast the machine runs

300mm=12" so 300 passes will give me 12 square inches @300dpi
