I have another spindle (used mostly for engraving). That can hold tools with max 3 mm dia, but has a top RPM at 20000. If I use that and a 3mm HSS end mill what DOC, RPM and feeds will be?

It is a router (home made), ballscrew all axis 16 mm. Accuracy 0.01 mm. Material is 250 mm by 160 mm.
