You can store clamps on both sides of this woodstock clamp buddy too, not just the older model.
Ok, someone splain this to me. What the heck is a solid hole?
Supergrits's website lists solid hole conversion pads. As compared to what? Perforated holes?
sorry to burst your bubble. Doesn't exist. Most water bourne finishes (without color/dye added) will not darken your wood when you lay it on. But none offer 100% UV protection. Oxidation is another...
depending on the pulley material, I'm assuming it's metal, you can hammer it back in. If possible, get a hollow tube or a socket larger then the diameter of the motor shaft and hammer the pulley back...
Just loosen the set screw and pull with a puller. Comes out every time ;)
Erm... are we missing something here?
No pics... Din happen :P
Steve, The Freud SBOX8 will make a nice flat bottom dado. If you need it .27 or .28, just use a shim like a stacked dado.
As for the 1/8" dado, just use a full kerf FTG saw blade. Check the specs...
Ok, what kind of manufacturer is this? They don't have the saw available yet but they post the owner's manual online and videos to tease us! :P
I'm drooling for the saw!
+ 1 on the perspective angle.
Also remember that the safety guard covers a significant portion of the infeed table from this angle.
If your air line run is long, you may experience pressure drop during high usage if your end pressure is close to the tank pressure. When you use the tool (especially high volume tools), the air...
Mike, if yours is like my Kolbalt (depends on year of manufacture - diff manufacturer produce the kobalt line), the cut off pressure should be at 135psi, and cut in @ 110psi. I have a Condor brand...
*2 Thumbs up*
I too have the HF trim router. I would not buy it again if I were you. I went through 2-3 routers before i found one that did not have arbor runout. Some of it was so bad that I could not hod it...
Shannon,
If you don't already know, there are different grades of pressure treating. The olive green ones you see are those rated for ground contact or to be partially buried as posts. The light...
Looks like a perfect cause for a pinewood bench! Resaw the beam into 2 or 3 pieces and use the piers as feet for the bench.
Ok, pardon my ignorance, what's the difference between the pro model and the non-pro model? Features?
If you lay down later of shellac in between, it'll be fine, but have not done it for flooring though. Furniture pieces yes.
Great looking bench! Hope it serves you well!
I would spray paint the bolt some brown color to match the walnut
That's my preference. :D
Chris,
I got my inspiration from Jon at Eagle Lake Woodworking.
Look for their website and search for the mororized router lift.
For mine, I removed the plunge springs and cut off the tabs that...
Gloat it is!
I see that it's not broken in yet - No sawdust on it. Now put it to use!
Tim,
I have the delta disc sander. While it works for most sanding, my problem is unlike the paint/glue that some others have experienced. I too found the platen to have a lot of runout, but it's...
yes and yes.
squeeze out too much glue and the joint will be starved. I think according to PVA manufacturers, ideal clamping pressure is 200psi which most regular clamping does not exceed anyway....
man, you must really have bargaining skills you can brag about! How did you manage to talk him down from $350 to $140 with extras thrown in?
Still waiting for the pics!
Jon, You did good! Especially with $ falling from the sky!
I was wondering... how would you fit in a large flat panel TV next time? *LOL*
