I have a coffee table halfway built that has provisions for a drawer that pulls out both sides. I think it was from American Woodworker about 5 years ago.
Anyway, the drawer rests on a shelf, and...
Interesting.
I have that very same drill press and am quite happy with it.
I had bit wobble too, but traced it back to the bits, not the press.
If you do insist on replacing it, WOOD...
Nice work. I could never build that in a weekend.
I used this bit from MLCS Woodworking:

Send me $5 for shipping and I'll send this to you complete with...
Nice work Herbert! Looks really comfy: dished out seat and lightly reclined back, with a shared table for beers!
I took about 3 weeks to build an adirondack loveseat, so you're doing great.
My only critique was going to be for the original photos. The guitar looks GREAT.
How about a sound byte of your favorite riff?
Bill, out of curiosity, what are the strengths & weaknesses of this compared to Dowemax?
What instances would you prefer one over the other?
Very nice. I like the quarter sawn grain.
I'm about to attempt an E-center myself, and one of my concerns is how am I going to move it when I'm done. The thing is going to be HEAVY. How did you...
Ed - Are you referring to the router drawer lock bit, or cut on the table saw? I think I will try that next time.
Jim - Thanks for the tip on Shellac before poly. Maybe I will try this on some...
They're a bit too modern for my taste, but there's no denying that they're well-done!
Very nice. I was just telling my wife, I prefer through dovetails to dress up projects rather than molding & trim. (she prefers molding & trim, super-dark stains, and super-glossy finish)
I think...
Beautiful work.
Here's the completed desk:

...and the keyboard drawer:...
Super-nice Kazek!
That walnut sure looks nice. I like the nice smooth curves too.
Finally done. I started this middle of last summer.

Nice work Michael. I like the visible through dovetails.
I just built my wife a jewelry chest too, which I'll post separately. I may end up having to build a larger one like yours before long at...
Check out the MLCS starter kits. I got the 15 pc. one and have used a lot of them.

Here's a link to it.

I see that Home Depot has these now, replaced the old stapler with a nailer/stapler.
I'm wondering if it has enough guts to drive 1-1/4" brads into hardwood.
Thinking of buying it some time...
Another thought.
Even if you get them rebuilt at half price, you're talking about $80.
Did you consider this?

Seems to me that following up scraping with sand paper defeats the point. Sand paper leaves a fuzzy finish, while the edged tools don't.
So what exactly caused the kickback? Was the board bound between the fence & blade, or was it a little warped, causing it to lift up a bit mid-cut?
Very nice George. I sure looks like reading those books has paid off.
Very nice. I like the li'l one better too, but we tend towards more classic tastes here.
It sure is beautiful.
How does it sound. Can you post a sound clip?
I'm in the minority here, but I'd fill the cracks with epoxy.
Nice work. Through dovetails have a timeless beauty.
