I have the DVR upgrade on my 1624 II. There were no problems with the switch, and it has been great, so far.

I have an RZ mask. It works well, and is good, especially with the HEPA filters. Sometimes, though, I get stuffy, and can't breathe well with it on.

How well does this respirator work, while used with glasses and a face shield?

This may sound dumb, when answered, but, then I'll know. If the DVR motor is direct drive, with not belt, why do you need the pulley off the original motor?
