Looks good except you want all lines to be hairline to be vector cut, lines greater than .005 or so will be rastered. If I have time i will run it tomorrow and post pic.

One thing I don't like with x5 (not sure if it was same in x4 since i went from x3) is the font selection preview. X5 updates the font of actual text on the screen rather than preview in the font...

FYI graphtec fixed the CM2 software and it now works with Corel with SP2.

Hopefully Epilog will get on with addressing the issues with their 64bit driver. I'm sure they could enlist help on the creek to find and fix the issues if they needed it to supply information about...

I agree, surprised epilog don't respond to thier 64 bit driver issues. I have the same problems, when it locks up it takes Corel with it. Lost many hours cause of it and I save often.

Keep in mind when you raster engrave the head overtravels the actual engraving area so if your engraving is 3" long I would imagine the actual head travel would be about 4". One thing...

I use a graphtec fc7000 with corel and cutmaster under both xp and windows 7. works good for me. new cutmaster just released for corel x5 available on the graphtec site

get the wire red hot and try to get a little on it, really doesn't need much. If you can't get it on the wire it may not be PVC not sure though

Good chance its epoxy i think, depends who makes it i guess. PVC test it, use a torch to heat a copper wire, melt a bit on the wire and put it back into the torch flame, if it burns green even a hint...
