Which lens do you prefer to use on 3/8" acrylic 2.0",or 4.0". This question is based on the premise that a 2.0" lens has a smaller spots size and higher beam density than a 4.0" so it should cut...

I've tried to engrave the chips it didn't work for beans.
Spray paint works just fine but I don’t want to do any painting if it’s not necessary.
I need to find a source for some acrylic. The material needs be clear on the front and black on the backside. Similar to a mirror only the reflective surface will be black.
Any ideas?

In Corel 12 along the top pull down menu go to Window, Dockers, Transformations, and click Rotate.
This will bring up the rotate docker on the right side.

12 watts will work just fine. This part was engraved with that power. Lens for Pinnacle M-Series. Sorry the picture is so dark, I will repost a better one when I have time....

I have the same machine and the settings I use are 26% power, 70% speed, 600dpi, with a 2.0" lens
